A day in our new food life

Day one of  our Sweeten with fruit (7/19/2014), Dairy Free, Read all the labels diet was fun. It was an easy week to start because I was off this week. I pray that God give me the strength to do what I know to do even when I start back to work next week. Before a day ago when we got the news of Micah's allergies we were the sugar eating, dairy consuming, 'who cares what's on the labels' family. Now, overnight, everything has changed. This is the start of our new food life!

Breakfast-
Cream of wheat with honey, blueberries, and cinnamon
Ezekiel Bread Toast with All Fruit strawberry jam
Almond Milk

Snack-
Mango
Veggie fries (by Good Health Natural Foods)
100% Apple Juice with no added sugar (half juice, half water)

Lunch-
Almond butter and strawberry jam (All Fruit Strawberry Jam) sandwich (on Ezekiel bread)
Blue Berries
Unsweetened apple sauce
Water

Snack-
Earth's Best Organic Pumpkin Cranberry Apple squeeze pack

Dinner-
This is what it looked like on it's way to the oven
Baked chicken breast with bell peppers and onions over a bed of spinach
Red potatoes
baked cinnamon, honey, apples
100% apple juice diluted with water
